How hard is the Mitchell Falls hike?

The hike has a Class 5 rating and requires a high level of fitness. The trail is mainly in the direct sun with minimal shade. Parts of the trail involve climbing over rocks, uneven ground and a water crossing. We allow 2 hours to complete the 4km hike. If you have concerns regarding your hiking ability our Mitchell Falls Coastal Adventure tour is a good alternative.

What is the difference between the Bungle Bungle & Lake Argyle Island Experience by seaplane and the Bungle Bungle Air Adventure by fixed wing aircraft?

Taking off from the waters edge on Lake Kununurra, our seaplane Bungle Bungle tour is a real thrill for those who haven’t been in a seaplane before! Flying low level over Lake Argyle and touching down on the water for morning or afternoon tea at a remote island is an amazing experience. Our fixed wing Bungle Bungle tour, while also showcasing Lake Argyle, the Bungles and the Argyle Diamond Mine, provides a great alternative for those looking for a cheaper alternative without compromising quality. The fixed wing tour is also good for those who may be stretched for time as it’s a 2 hour flight as opposed to the 3 hours for the seaplane tour.
