IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Accurate passenger weights must be provided at the time of booking.

Maximum passenger weight allowed is 125kg. 

A valid Seniors card for your country of residence must be presented at time of booking to receive the Senior rate. Senior rates only apply to selected tours.

Mitchell Falls Hike and Heli Tours: The hike has a Class 5 rating and requires a high level of fitness. The trail is mainly in the direct sun with minimal shade. Parts of the trail involve climbing over rocks, uneven ground and a water crossing. We allow 2 hours to complete the 4km hike. A waiver form will need to be signed on the morning of tour by all passengers prior to departing. If you have concerns regarding your hiking ability, our Mitchell Falls Coastal Adventure tour is a good alternative.

BOOKING POLICY
Full payment is required in order to confirm all bookings.
Minimum passenger numbers may apply to tours.
Tours are subject to a minimum of 2 passengers.
Infants are classified as 0 to 2 years of age and may be carried free of charge on the lap of a parent.
Children are defined as being from 3 to 12 years of age.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A strict cancellation policy applies to all tours.
Less than 48 hours notice prior to departure – NON REFUNDABLE.
Kimberley Air Tours recommend all passengers take out travel insurance.
Kimberley Air Tours reserves the right to cancel or alter any tours in the interests of safety and comfort, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

OTHER
Island/beach location may vary due to weather conditions.
Flights may depart from land or water depending on operational requirements.
Depending on the time of year, waterfalls may not be flowing.
No swimming is allowed at the Lake Argyle island stop on seaplane tours.
Aircraft may be substituted as required.
Dietary requirements will be catered for if advised at time of booking.
Tour duration times are approximate and may vary due to aircraft type and additional departure points.
Gift certificates are strictly valid for 12 months.
Prices are valid from 1st March 2019 to 31st March 2020.
