Kimberley Air Tours is seeking vibrant and energetic Ground Hands to join the team this tourism season. 

Kimberley Air Tours is a locally owned and operated tourism/aviation business specialising in air touring experiences and charter services across the Kimberley region of Western Australia.

The Ground Hands play a critical role assisting the Reservations and Flight crew to ensure smooth running of day to day operations.

Duties to be carried out include but are not limited to:
- Provide ground support assisting with passenger boarding & freight handling
- Coordinate receipt & dispatch of freight
- Conduct bus transfers as required
- Basic vehicle & equipment checks
- Up-keep of front office, kitchen, bathroom, hangar & seaplane base
- Assist with cleaning of fleet vehicles & aircraft as well as shared office spaces
- Assist with greeting and passenger check ins as required

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Well-developed communication and people skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and a ‘can do’ attitude
- A flexible and ‘hands on’ approach to work
- Must have a drivers licence

The following licences are desirable but not essential:
- Hold a Fork Lift Licence
- Hold a Light Rigid Licence
- Current First Aid certificate

This role is offered on a full-time basis with commencement in May 2025 through to the end of August 2025. Weekend work may be required.
