Air Safari Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure. Bookings made less than 90 days prior to departure require full payment upfront.
Payment can be made by the following ways;
Direct transfer: Contact our team to receive details. A remittance advice must be received for all direct transfer payments
Credit card: Credit card surcharge of 1.5% apply to all transactions.

Cancellation Fee: 90 days prior to departure is non-refundable. Cancellations 91 days or more prior to departure 20% non-refundable deposit will be retained. All cancellations must be advised in writing.

Covid-19 Policy: In the event of Government restrictions resulting in an interstate border closure where passengers are not able to travel into Western Australia or the Air Safari needing to be cancelled a 95% refund of ticket price will be returned if rescheduling to another Air Safari is not possible.

Hotel Room rates: Rooms are twin share, please contact us for single supplement.

Fitness level: The walk into Cathedral Gorge and Emma Gorge are both classified as Grade 4 walks and require a moderate level of fitness. Both trails are rocky and some sections involve climbing up and down rocks or stairs.

Passenger weights: Accurate passenger weights in kilograms must be provided at time of booking.

Baggage: Baggage is restricted to one soft 15kg bag per person. You may also take one hand luggage item per person (handbag/backpack). Hand luggage must not exceed 3kg per person.

Meals: Meals stated in itinerary are the meals provided on the safari. Other meals will be at your own expense. Alcoholic drinks are at your own expense.

Dietary: Dietary requirements must be advised at time of booking. All third party operators will be advised of dietary requirements and will endeavour to ensure they are met. However, we can not guarantee that dietary requirements will be met in all instances.

Pick up & Drop off's: Pick up times will be advised in an itinerary emailed to you after your booking is completed. It is your responsibility to ensure you are ready for your pick up. Failure to not be ready may result in missing a tour/transfer. We recommend staying in Broome the night prior to departure.

Visitor Fees: National park and visitor permit fees are inclusive.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend all passengers take out travel insurance. You need to accept that some areas you are travelling to are remote and some distance away from hospital or medical facilities.

Waterfalls: Depending on time of day/year, waterfalls may not be flowing or in full flow.

Unforeseen circumstances: Kimberley Air Tours and third party operators reserve the right to cancel or alter any tours in the interests of weather, safety and comfort or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Medical conditions: Any medical conditions need to be advised at time of booking.

Emergency contact details: An emergency contact person and phone number is required at time of booking. Passengers are to fill out an Emergency Contact form.
