Booking Policy:
Full payment is required in order to confirm all bookings.
Minimum passenger numbers may apply to tours.
Infants are classified as 0 to 2 years of age and may be carried free of charge on the lap of a parent.
Children are defined as being from 3 to 12 years of age.
* Family package prices are based on two adults and two children.
Cancellation Policy:
A strict cancellation policy applies to all tours.
Less than 24 hours notice – NON REFUNDABLE.
24 hours to 7 days – 20% fee will be charged per booking.
All other cancellations may be charged a small merchant fee.
We recommend all guests take out travel insurance.
Kimberley Air Tours reserves the right to cancel or alter any tours in the interests of safety and comfort or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Island/beach location may vary due to weather conditions.
Flights may depart from land or water depending on operational requirements.
No swimming is allowed at the Lake Argyle island stop on float plane tours.
Aircraft may be substituted as required.
Prices are valid from 1st April 2012 to 31st March 2013.
